Clannad After Story - New Hospital

I also visited the new hospital shown in the later episodes of Clannad After Story, not to be confused with the hospital Nagisa goes to when she's pregnant.

The hospital is close to Kemigawahama Station in real life. You could walk here, but it's easier to take a bus.

Image from Episode 21 - 10m03s

It's called Chiba Kaihin Municipal Hospital, and not Hikarizaka General Hospital like in the anime.

I only saw one bench here and it didn't have a roof over it.

View towards the main entrance.

Image from Episode 22 - 18m54s

View of the hospital from the other side of the road. There's no park area here in real life.

Image from Episode 21 - 10m49s

There's no park area to the left of the hospital either, just more parking spots.

Fuko and Kouko outside the hospital.

Reverse view.

Close to the hospital is also the kindergarten Ushio attends.

I couldn't get too many pictures here, but you can see the matching roof and shape of the building.

The entrance didn't match though. I've marked a path from the hospital to this place in the map below.

Your Name - Train Crossing

I also checked out a bunch of Your Name locations in Nagano, starting with the train crossing that was supposedly shown in the movie, which is located close to Otabe Station in real life. Image from Your Name - 10m56s This is the angle that seems to match the most compared to what was shown in the movie, but the screenshot is flipped and there's some elements missing. Image from Your Name - 10m56s This is the screenshot as shown in the movie. You can see the similar looking metal utility box in the picture here. Image from Your Name - 31m08s I also took a picture from the opposite side so the metal utility box position matches when the screenshot is flipped. Image from Your Name - 31m08s There's a sign with a 7 on it here, but it's not in the same location as in the movie. Image from Your Name - 31m08s I also took a picture from the road, then the metal utility box position matches, but the road and railway track is switched. Flying Witch - Manga Covers

Although I don't normally do manga locations, I did check out some of the locations shown on the Flying Witch covers this time. Flying Witch Cover 1 This is at a shrine named Gankisan Shrine. I've marked this location in the map below. Flying Witch Cover 2 This is at Hirosaki Park on the other side of the moat from the bench shown in the anime. Flying Witch Cover 5 This is at the entrance of the house where Nao lives . Flying Witch Cover 6 And finally, this is down by the river near the nursery school close to the bridge shown in the anime OP. Location map: These locations were visited on 2019/04/24 and 2019/04/25. The Eccentric Family - Hell

While visiting Arima Onsen , Yasaburo gets thrown into hell in The Eccentric Family. Some of the places shown in hell are located in Tokyo, so I went and had a look. Image from S2E6 - 04m51s This is the view from Shohei Bridge towards the west in Kanda-Sudachō near Akihabara. Image from S2E6 - 14m30s Yasaburo is next shown wandering around in Inokashira Park. Image from S2E6 - 14m33s This railway bridge got Keio Inokashira Line trains running on it. Image from S2E6 - 15m08s There's no ramen stand here like in the show. Image from S2E6 - 15m11s This is at the Keio Inokashira-kōen Station platform. There's more modern looking trains running here in real life. Image from S2E6 - 15m15s Closeup of the train doors. I've marked a path from the Shohei Bridge in Kanda-Sudachō to this station in the map below. Image from S2E6 - 15m21s Yasaburo runs towards the station. Image from S2E6 - 15m23s The station building is at the top of the stairs on the left here. Image from S2E6 - 15m28s...
