K-On - Hirakata Park

In addition to Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions, Hirakata Park is supposedly also shown in K-On.

At the top of the water slide there's a similar looking zig zag.

This is the view of the pool area, which is turned into skating rinks in the winter. If you look closely you can spot the similar looking rectangular pool and the yellow stairs to the left of it.

Hirakata Park also got a ferris wheel that's similar to one shown in this shot in the anime. The other elements doesn't match though.

Your Name - Train Crossing

I also checked out a bunch of Your Name locations in Nagano, starting with the train crossing that was supposedly shown in the movie, which is located close to Otabe Station in real life. Image from Your Name - 10m56s This is the angle that seems to match the most compared to what was shown in the movie, but the screenshot is flipped and there's some elements missing. In addition to checking out the port area of Tokushima I also took the Nankai ferry since it was shown in Haruhi Suzumiya.
