This is one of the N200 trains that's shown in both the show and the movie. I got this picture at the Nishigishi Station Platform instead of where it's shown in the anime.

Weathering With You - Tabata

Another place shown in Weathering With You is a hill leading up from the south exit of Tabata Station. Image from Trailer 2 - 00m48s Hodaka is walking up the hill. It was difficult to get everything seen in the background in the same picture. Image from Toei Bus Commercial - 00m19s I got another shot from a road running alongside the hill, but then the trees here blocked some of the view. Image from US Dubbed Trailer - 01m39s Hodaka looking up the hill. Image from US Dubbed Trailer - 01m40s Reverse view. Image from 15 Second Trailer 1 - 00m05s Both Hodaka and Hina at the hill. Image from US Subtitled Trailer - 02m07s Something zooms up the hill here. Image from Trailer 2 - 01m43s Gets closer to Hodaka and Hina. Image from Trailer 2 - 01m44s And seems to hit Hina. Image from Trailer 2 - 01m44s Somebody had left a yellow umbrella here, but it didn't match the one in the movie. Location map: This location was visited on 2019/12/29 and 2020/01/18. Your Name - Shinkaisansya Shrine

The kagura-den stage shown in Your Name is supposedly based on one located at Shinkaisansya Shrine in real life. The closest train station is Usuda Station, but it's quite far and there's no rental bicycle places nearby, so it might be better to rent a car to get here. Image from Your Name - 14m31s Full view of the stage. Image from Your Name - 14m37s Side of the building. Image from Your Name - 14m48s In real life the back of the stage is seen from this angle instead of the front. Image from Your Name - 15m00s Since the position of the stage isn't the same it's difficult to match this shot. Image from Your Name - 15m03s The insides of the roof is different here. Image from Your Name - 15m10s Back of the stage. Image from Your Name - 15m16s There's another building right in front of the stage in real life. Image from Your Name - 15m22s Yotsuha and Mitsuha preparing to make kuchikamizake. Image from Your Name - 15m32s Tessie and Sayaka watches. Image from Your Name -...

KyoAni & Do Shop Revisit

Since I was in the area I also checked out the KyoAni & Do Shop again. The building is still the same. But with new banners. This one is for the KyoAni movie year with Sound! Euphonium: Our Promise: A Brand New Day, Free! -Road to the World- Dream and Violet Evergarden the Movie. And another banner for the KyoAni Do Fan Days 2019. Just Tsurune goods on display this time. A different Sound! Euphonium: Our Promise: A Brand New Day poster on display. Info about the opening hours. KyoAni movie year standee and Sound! Euphonium: Our Promise: A Brand New Day poster inside as well. The standee had creator messages on it. Warning: This is an extra large picture to show more details. They still had the same Violet Evergarden items on display. I took some closeup pictures of the Violet Evergarden items this time. Here's one of the shikishi sign board signed by Yui Ishikawa. And they still had the Free! items on display as well. I also got another picture of the main Kyoto Animation off...
